La Paz, 2 febr 2023 (ATB Digital).- El gobernador del penal de Chonchocoro, Napoleón Espejo, fue relevado de sus funciones luego de la fuga de Felipe Edvaldo Menezez Iglesias (alias Andrés Luis Xavier da Rocha), el reo que fue recapturado, el martes, tras el asesinato de un policía.
El informe fue ofrecido la tarde de este jueves por el coronel Hernán Romero, director de Seguridad Penitenciaria, quién también anunció ajustes para mejorar las medidas de control.
